Called Clear Vue Windshield Repair after having a horrible experience with the nationally advertised company. They scheduled me a 4 hour window. Then confirmed the appointment that day. Then called and pushed my appointment later. Then called again to say they could not make it that day. An hour later a tech showed up and when I told him what happened and I already found another shop he became very rude. Fred gave me a 15 minute window and arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional and the repair was better than expected and at 1/2 the price. I highly recommend this shop.

Spoke with Fred the owner and he gave me ways to prevent the rock chip from cracking across my windshield until I was able to get it repaired. We didn't even have an appointment but he provide his expertise so I could save on a repair. I was able to have Clear Vue repair the chip before it cracked and saved hundreds of dollars.

This is the only shop that gave me a 20 minute window not a 4 hour window for arrival. He even arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected. Really happy with the windshield repair results. Not having to wait around half a day was a pleasant surprise. His cost was better than the others I called. Saved me time and money. Others could take a customer service lesson from this guy.
